Recruitment
Finding future members and attendees, tracked end-to-end. The portal
drafts and tracks — it never sends: every compose gives you copy / a
mailto: / an export, you send from Outlook, and the touch is logged here. No identity is
recorded or inferred at the prospect stage — self-identification happens later, on the
member register, and only when the person tells us themselves.
Prospects whose follow-up date is today or past, and who haven't become a member or declined. The nudge that keeps a lead from going cold.

Draft an invite from a template, fill the merge fields, then per prospect in the pipeline below: Copy invite, Open in Outlook, or export the whole live list as a CSV for an Outlook mail-merge. The template carries no Acknowledgement / First Nations content — that's authored by the team, never here.
Drafts merge against the first live prospect.

The minimal-graduation link (plan §0b): seat a willing Peer Action Group member on the committee. Deliberate and one at a time — not a bulk pipeline. It creates a prospective member on the register with a moved-from-PAG link back to their PAG record. No identity is carried across — the member sets their own self-ID later on the register.
