The LEAC is a Board sub-committee (TOR Tier 2 on the leadership ladder), DAS-owned and NOT MOU-funded — it does not roll into the CB&PLG MOU. This workspace runs the committee: a normal agenda, minutes, attendance, $150-per-meeting vouchers, action tracking and a member register. It is in draft while the committee is established.
