Two distinct sub-programs under one MOU.
MOU: 2025-27 with Inclusion NT (SACID). Two streams of work: Workshops (codesigning + delivering capacity-building workshops to host orgs) and Peer Action Groups (a persistent member group meeting monthly in Central Australia). Both staffed by Mandy. Both measured separately on the MOU rollup.

Codesigning + delivering
Capacity-building workshops delivered to host orgs (LWB, MHACA, NT Friendship, Casa, Joyful Souls, Bindi). Weekly codesign produces them. ≥6 delivered per year.

Peer Action Groups
Persistent member group · monthly meetings
Regular peer-led group meetings in Central Australia. A small persistent cohort of members (~18 active). 12 meetings per year. Peer-led by Mandy.
