DEX SCORE Coverage

Standard Client / Community Outcomes Reporting. Cohort-1 participants × Circumstance / Goals / Satisfaction phases. Drilldowns go to PATH participant pages.

Deliverables

DEX SCORE coverage is calculated as the percentage of cohort participants with at least one score entry captured for the domain and phase combination. Target is 100% for all three domains. Circumstance and Goals use pre-program or retrospective-baseline captures. Satisfaction uses the post-program capture.
