Once interviews are captured, this is where the threads get pulled together — what good disability employment actually looks like, in employers’ own words, organised so DAS can hand it to the next business.

Being built

The register synthesises the employer interviews into themes DAS can use in advocacy. It fills once the first few interviews (McDonald’s onward) are run and filed.

Next: capture interviews → cluster by theme → publish the employer-facing summary.
