WORK IN PROGRESS — DRAFT
Supported Employment Advocacy Project · Interview guides

Employer interview guides.

A facilitator-led conversation with an employer who hires people with disability. Open the guide on a laptop or tablet, ask permission to record, and type notes straight into each question — your work saves on the device automatically. When you’re done, export the whole thing to Word or PDF.

Running an interview

  1. Open the guide in a new tab (it works offline once loaded).
  2. Fill the details at the top — interviewee, role, organisation, date, format.
  3. Ask permission to record and explain how the material will be used.
  4. Work through the questions; when an answer is general, ask “can you give me an example?”
  5. Tick the wrap-up checklist, then Download as Word (or Print / Save PDF) and file it with DAS.

Notes are saved in that browser only — there’s no central database yet. Export before you close the tab, and run each interview on the same device you started it on.
