It's not just you
In Central Australia, staying strong sometimes takes more.
- The heat in summer can wear you out
- Distance from family or services can be hard
- Money pressures and family pressures are real
- You don't have to do this alone
These things make staying strong harder. That's normal - not your fault.

Disability Advocacy Service11:40 · Culture + Country
Yours to bring - if it fits for you
Your culture and Country may be part of your strength.
Some people draw strength from culture, family, ceremony, language, Country.
Some people don't, or do it differently.
This is your worksheet. Fill it in your way.
