Speaking-up cards.
Things a leader can say in a meeting. Pick 2 or 3 that feel useful to you, and try one out loud in your normal voice. Cut them out and keep them.
“So, it sounds like you are saying...”
“I have a question about what you just said...”
“I like what you said about...”
“That is really interesting what you said about...”
“I agree with you. I think...”
“I am really interested about that...”
“I just want to make a statement to that point.”
“I see what you are saying, but I think something different. What I think is...”
“I'd like to hear what [name] thinks about this.”
“Excuse me, can you slow down a bit? I want to follow what you're saying.”
