Can we take your photo?
We need to know what's OK with you. Tick the boxes that feel right.
Why we ask
Sometimes we want to take photos of the group. We use them to:
- Remember what we did together.
- Show other people what the program is like.
- Share with funders so they keep funding the program.
We will not share any photo without asking first. You can change your mind at any time.
Your name
What's OK with you
You can tick none, some, or all.
Whatever you don't tick — we won't do. If you want to talk it through, ask a facilitator or your support worker.

Keeping Strong
Strong, happy, healthy me.
What is this?
Four questions about staying strong - one big page each. Fill in what fits. Write or draw. There's no wrong answer.
If you'd like, your co-fac can write down what you say. Or you can draw. Or both. Whichever way works for you.
Green. Yellow. Red.
A way to say yes, no, or unsure — without using words.
GREEN
Yes. I agree. Keep going.
YELLOW
I am not sure. Slow down. Ask me again.
RED
No. Stop. I do not agree.
When do I use them?
You don't have to explain why.
The card is enough. No questions asked.
When do facilitators use them?
We will use the cards in check-ins.
"Are we OK to keep going?" or "Was the break long enough?" If anyone holds up red — we stop and ask. No judgement.
