Materials needed
- Laptop + projector with S3 deck (M5 + M6 content) preloaded - do not depend on cloud
- Participant pack per person: Now worksheet (Four Boxes), My Team map worksheet, CA Local Support Map card [numbers pending verification], topics tracker, photo permission form, traffic light cards
- Mid-Program Reflection booklet (7-page, A4) - 1 per participant + 2 spare - goes HOME, not worked in-room
- What is a Community A3 - 1, pinned to the wall (display, not full walkthrough)
- My Team EXAMPLES A3 - 1 on the wall + 1 backup (worked sample, not read aloud)
- My Team QUESTIONS A3 (Step 1/2/3) - 2-3, available for anyone who wants the sorting scaffold
- Easy Read variants of the Now worksheet, Mid-Program Reflection, My Team worksheet + CA Local Support Map - 2 spares each
- CA Fauna Icebreaker cards (full deck) - on the side table
- Mandy's pre-drawn team-map flipchart
- Per-session (Layer 1, traffic light) feedback forms - 1 per participant; SW feedback forms for attending support workers
