- Strengths cards activity — non-negotiable, drives M4 emotionally
- All About Me worksheet — they keep it, build on it through the program
- I Look Up To worksheet — pairs with the homework set after S1
- Group brainstorm 'what makes a good leader' — uses leader names just shared
Held over to next session
- Original M3: 'Videos about leaders' segment cut (no time, can do solo if anyone wants links)
- Original M3: 'Leader Quiz' moved to optional close-out if time (probably skipped)
- Original M4: 'All about us' group poster cut (was optional, would be nice but no time)
- Original M4: 'Strengths Quiz' cut (reinforcement only, cards do the work)
- Original M3: full 1-hour leader content compressed to 30 min. Trade-off accepted at Inclusion NT alignment.
